The Website Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Shopify website, ensuring a seamless user experience, accurate product merchandising, and performance-driven optimizations to maximize conversion and online sales. This role blends creativity, data analysis, and technical skills to drive sales and customer engagement through product presentation, promotional strategy, and on-site UX improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Website Management
  • Oversee and update all aspects of the Shopify website, including homepage, product pages, navigation, and collections.
  • Maintain accurate product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory syncing.
  • Implement and test site updates, themes, plugins, and custom features.
  • Coordinate with development or design teams for UX/UI enhancements.
Product Merchandising & Sales Optimization
  • Curate and merchandise product collections based on sales trends, seasonality, and marketing campaigns.
  • Create promotional banners, landing pages, and product highlights to support e-commerce goals.
  • Optimize product pages for SEO, conversion rate, and upsell opportunities.
  • Run A/B tests on layouts, copy, and CTAs to improve performance.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor Shopify analytics and third-party tools to evaluate website performance, customer behavior, and sales trends.
  • Report on KPIs such as conversion rate, bounce rate, time on site, and product performance.
  • Use data to identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce cart abandonment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and inventory teams to align promotional messaging, creative assets, and product availability.
  • Coordinate product launches and seasonal campaigns across website and email.
  • Support customer service or operations with site-related issue resolution.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce website management or merchandising, preferably with a DTC brand.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify (Shopify Plus a plus).
  • Strong understanding of digital merchandising, user behavior, and online sales strategies.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Hotjar, and Search Console.
  • Eye for visual presentation, layout, and content flow.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven with an understanding of CRO and e-commerce metrics.
  • Experience in the fitness, wellness, or consumer goods industry is a plus.
