Job Description
Mission Pet Health is seeking a detail-oriented contract Production Specialist to support the execution and optimization of our digital presence. This role is designed to assist with website production tasks including site migrations, content alignment, and project coordination, while also providing direct support to the Manager of Web and Search Optimization.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys structured execution, and can reliably bring projects across the finish line with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with website migrations, ensuring accuracy in content transfer, formatting, and structure
  • Support content alignment across web properties ,maintaining consistency in messaging and layout
  • Coordinate and track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Execute updates within CMS platforms, including page creation, edits, and QA
  • Collaborate closely with the Manager of Web and Search Optimization on ongoing initiatives
  • Provide support for SEO-related tasks such as on-page optimization, metadata updates, and content structuring
  • Handle ad hoc requests related to website updates, digital campaigns, and performance improvements
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all web updates meet brand and functional standards

Required Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy
  • Foundational understanding of website structure, navigation, and CMS platforms
  • 1-2 years of experience in SEO, digital content creation, or website management
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or project management support
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently while taking direction and executing efficiently

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with SEO tools or analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics
  • Experience supporting website migrations or large-scale content updates
  • Experience working in enterprise form applications such as JotForm, FormStack or Gravity Forms
  • Background in healthcare, veterinary, or multi-location businesses is a plus
  • Projects are completed on time with minimal revisions
  • Website content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards
  • SEO and content updates are executed efficiently and correctly
  • The Manager of Web and Search Optimization is effectively supported across initiatives
