Job description

LaSalle Network has partnered with a growing eCommerce company in their search for a Temporary, Part-Time Website Operations Specialist for a 3-4 month contract. We are looking for a detail-oriented CMS specialist with at least 3 years of experience working in CMS (Drupal, Contenful, WordPress, etc.) to support the day-to-day management and maintenance of the website.
This role is responsible for executing site updates, supporting CMS workflows, validating content changes, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and cross-functional stakeholders!
Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily website updates including content refreshes, product information changes, asset uploads, and promotional updates
  • Manage and maintain CMS content, templates, modules, and digital assets
  • Assist with QA testing, staging validation, and production checks for website updates and launches
  • Execute website audits, page cleanups, redirect updates, and data consistency checks
  • Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, creative, product, and engineering teams to ensure launch readiness
  • Support publishing workflows and validate website functionality across environments
  • Assist with tagging validation, analytics updates, and process documentation
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date content across digital platforms and external systems

Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of experience in website operations, ecommerce, digital content management, or related experience
  • Hands-on experience working within a CMS platform and managing website content updates
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and errors
  • Familiarity with QA processes, publishing workflows, and release coordination
  • Experience working with Figma and digital assets
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and support occasional after-hours website launches

Key Details:
  • Compensation: $35-40/hour based on experience (w2 Only)
