Job description

Job Title: Digital Web Producer (CMS & Content Operations)
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and digitally fluent Digital Web Producer to join our team of digital producers responsible for shaping the online experience for our members and partners. In this role, you will manage our portfolio of sites, overseeing planning, development, implementation, and the execution of new digital projects from requirements through launch.
This is a hands-on production and coordination role for someone who understands how websites are built under the hood. You will work cross-functionally across Creative, Technology, Brand, and Business Development teams to build, edit, and maintain web pages and applications. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love troubleshooting code elements, and know your way around enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS), we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Web Production & Content Management
• Page Building & Maintenance: Create, edit, build, and maintain web pages, digital assets, and applications across our portfolio of existing and future sites.
• Full-Lifecycle Execution: Manage the complete operational request lifecycle-translating requirements into execution, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving projects through launch with a high degree of accuracy.
• Code & Debugging: Utilize fundamental HTML, CSS, developer/debugging tools, and developer consoles to inspect elements, verify layouts, and implement technical solutions efficiently.
Collaboration & Project Operations
• Cross-Functional Delivery: Drive requests across Creative, Technology, Brand, and Business Development teams while managing day-to-day tasks to identify and mitigate potential roadblocks early.
• Agile & Tracking Standards: Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, utilize project management tools (like Jira) to track milestones, and ensure technical documentation and standards are maintained.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Educate internal stakeholders on web best practices, champion ADA/accessibility compliance standards, and apply SEO optimization principles.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, IT, Digital Design (UI/UX), Marketing, or equivalent practical experience in Digital Marketing, Web Authoring, or Front-End Production.
• Experience Baseline: 2 to 5+ years of professional experience managing digital content operations, large-scale web sites, or e-commerce/online marketing environments.
• Core Technical Skills:
oSolid working knowledge and experience with Content Management Systems (CMS); enterprise tools like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) are a strong plus.
oIntermediate-to-advanced proficiency in HTML and CSS, with exposure to reading or interpreting JSON/API/JS snippets.
oFamiliarity with developer tools, debugging browsers, FTP, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Compliance & Standards: Practical knowledge of ADA/accessibility web compliance and standard web optimization (SEO) practices.
Preferred Attributes
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and software delivery life cycles (SDLC).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven talent for crafting targeted messaging and maintaining rigorous grammatical accuracy.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, highly organized, and capable of prioritizing concurrent projects and shifting deadlines in a high-volume operation.
