The Role
The Coordinator, Ticket Operations and Fulfillment supports customers by executing accurate, scalable ticket setup and fulfillment. The role owns the end-to-end configuration, maintenance, and quality assurance of ticket inventory, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and seamless delivery across digital and physical inventory. Through proactive management of complex, high-volume ticket requests, precise inventory maintenance, and consistent adherence to SLA commitments, this role helps reduce customer effort and ensures reliable, efficient ticket delivery.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute accurate ticket setup and fulfillment to support customer needs
  • Respond to ticket-related fulfillment inquiries while meeting service-level expectations
  • Build and maintain ticket inventory for events, packages, and large-scale builds
  • Ensure ticket data accuracy, compliance, and quality prior to delivery
  • Handle the distribution of physical and electronic ticket orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Partner with internal teams to support new account setups and high-volume ticket projects
  • Collaborate across teams to support efficient fulfillment operations and continuous improvement
  • Maintain organized fulfillment processes and documentation
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 1+ year of related work experience
  • Previous Box Office/Ticketing experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Process-driven, creative thinker with a proven ability to articulate, and implement innovative solutions
  • Experience in box office, ticketing, or event fulfillment is a plus
  • Must have exceptional follow-through, possessing a high level of attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver work on time
  • Experience with Outlook and Excel
  • Comfortable learning new software programs
  • Demonstrates high ethical standards, accountability, and integrity in all work
