Role Description The Bilingual Recruiter or Staffing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Richmond, VA. This position is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in warehouse, light industrial, and administrative positions, with a focus on both English- and Spanish-speaking talent.
