Summary

  • TriSource is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team.
  • This is NOT a corporate recruiting position. We are looking for someone with prior staffing agency experience recruiting for both temporary/contract and direct hire positions.
  • You will partner with our sales team to recruit top talent for a variety of clients across the United States.
  • Our practice areas that you will focus on are Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Administrative, Legal, and other professional office positions.
  • If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with candidates, and successfully matching great people with great companies, we'd like to speak with you.


Experience


Required

  • Minimum 2 years of staffing agency recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for temporary/contract staffing and direct hire placements
  • Experience recruiting professional-level positions such as Accounting, Finance, HR, Administrative, Legal, or similar
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Team-oriented and competitive
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment


Preferred

  • Experience using Bullhorn ATS
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecuiter, Zoominfo and Apollo
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; however, equivalent staffing industry experience will absolutely be considered in lieu of a degree.
