Interviewer/ Recruiter

Wage: $26.00/ hour 

What We're Looking For:

  • Ability to work in a 100% in-office environment (this is not a remote position)
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in working with people
  • A policy-and procedure-oriented mindset
  • At least 1–2 years of high-volume interviewing or call center experience
  • Flexibility to work weekend hiring events and extended hours based on hiring needs
