Compensation: $110k-$140k + growth opportunity


We are representing a privately held, engineering-driven manufacturer of highly customized connector systems serving defense, energy, research, and industrial markets. The company is growth-focused, technically sophisticated, and known for delivering specialized solutions for demanding applications.


We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive new business, grow existing accounts, and work closely with engineering teams to develop customer-focused solutions. This role will lead sales activity from relationship development through proposal, negotiation, and project execution. There is a succession plan for this role.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years in technical sales, business development, or engineered products
  • Strong ability to manage customer relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Experience collaborating with engineering on customized solutions
  • Leadership capability within a small or entrepreneurial environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; MBA a plus
  • CRM and forecasting experience strongly preferred
  • Ability for some travel domestically/internationally as needed
