Job description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: On Site
Job Type: Full Time
$25-$30 an hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales team. This role plays a key part in keeping sales operations running smoothly while supporting inside sales activities and cross department communication.

The Sales Coordinator will help manage order flow, track sales metrics, coordinate pipeline reviews, and work closely with internal teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.

This is a hands on position that requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. This is an on site role and is not remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with internal departments including Production, Shipping, and Engineering to ensure customer expectations are met
• Support communication with customers and help maintain strong client relationships
• Anticipate issues and proactively resolve or escalate when needed
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, proposal preparation, and customer communication
• Manage the full order process including order entry, confirmation, pricing verification, revisions, and delivery timelines
• Track and manage backorders and assist with weekly pipeline and open order reviews
• Prepare sales reports and monitor performance metrics to support business decisions
• Assist with organizing sales meetings, presentations, and client events
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma required
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent technical sales experience
• 2 plus years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or sales development
• Strong understanding of customer service and client support principles
• Experience working with CRM systems preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required including VLOOKUP and PivotTables
