Founded in 2005, Eurostars Hotel Company has grown into a leading international hotel group with over 300 hotels worldwide. Our brand is focused on delivering experiences that go beyond a comfortable stay, combining prime locations, thoughtful design, and services.
As part of our ongoing expansion in North America, Eurostars Hotel Company is strengthening its commercial presence and is looking for a Sales Manager to support and develop business across the United States and Canadian markets.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager - US & Canada Markets with a strong background in hotel sales and a client-focused mindset.
This role will be responsible for the commercial coordination and support of a portfolio of 7 existing hotels, as well as any future Eurostars hotels added within the US and Canada markets. The primary focus will be on Corporate accounts, with active support to the MICE segment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support relationships with Corporate clients, while providing sales support for MICE opportunities.
  • Coordinate commercial activity for the current 7-hotel portfolio, as well as future hotels incorporated into the US & Canada markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with companies, agencies, and key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support the execution of sales strategies for Corporate and MICE segments.
  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel property tours, highlighting accommodations and meeting/event facilities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, roadshows, workshops, and industry events.
  • Track and support sales KPIs, preparing reports and monitoring account activity.
  • Execute prospecting and telemarketing actions to generate new leads.
  • Manage client requests, account follow-ups, and CRM updates.
  • Assist in resolving commercial issues and ensure clear, professional communication with clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar commercial role.
  • Proven experience working with Corporate clients and supporting MICE business.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a growing environment.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Spanish and French are a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately two weeks per month.
  • Availability to travel internationally when required.
