Responsibilities: Senior Manager, Solution Sales Executive, Strategy Collection (M-level)

This is the sales manager role that leads the SSE team across AMER/APAC. Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of experienced enterprise solution sellers across APAC & AMER

  • Exceed Enterprise Strategy & Planning Bookings and OKRs targets

  • Execute strategic business plans that drive Land & Expand motion across AMER/APAC

  • Own recruiting, coaching, and performance monitoring of ES&P SSEs

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships

  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts

  • Work with SDR, AA, SE, Advisory Services, Product, and PMM to drive and optimize the Enterprise Strategy & Planning GTM motion

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of enterprise sales experience in enterprise cloud-based software/solutions

  • 6+ years as a sales manager, with proven experience consistently meeting or exceeding targets

  • In-depth expertise in selling Strategic Portfolio Management, PPM, ERP, or CRM solutions

  • Experience leading CXO relationships and closing complex six/seven-figure SaaS transactions

  • Love teaming and collaborating closely with direct sales and channel

  • BS/MS degree in business, IT, or a related field

Qualifications:

Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.

In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: 214,000 USD - 279,650 USD

Zone B: 193,500 USD - 252,625 USD

Zone C: 178,200 USD - 232,650 USD

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
