Overview
The Merchandise Manager - DTC Personalization APAC at Crocs Inc., is a cross-functional collaborator who is responsible for building a compelling and productive personalization assortment for the Crocs Stores & website. This role is in charge of identifying and advocating profitable product needs and market opportunities, bringing to life a unique personalization experience for the consumer. This role will need the ability to read and react to sales data, ensure assortments resonate with our customers, and drive to sales goals. We are looking for someone who loves the brand and has a keen eye for driving sales through storytelling.
What You'll Do
  • Own the regional merchandising strategy and business results for Jibbitz, bag charms, bags, and accessories across Stores and Digital, operating within a centralized global hub.
  • Balance the art and science of merchandising, bringing consumer curiosity, cultural awareness, and merchant instinct together with disciplined decision-making to drive growth.
  • Translate global assortment and brand direction into a compelling regional experience, ensuring the global architecture, priorities, and stories are consistently brought to life in ways that inspire consumers locally.
  • Lead monthly buying and in-season decision-making, applying merchant judgment and performance insight to keep the business fresh, relevant, and responsive.
  • Partner closely with Planning to understand demand patterns and inventory health, using those signals to inform smarter, faster decisions.
  • Collaborate with Category Management, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing to deliver cohesive expressions of the brand through fixtures, digital presentation, and storytelling.
  • Surface and articulate regional consumer insights and learnings, feeding signal back to inform future global direction and evolution.
  • Develop and mentor an Assistant Merchant, helping build strong merchant intuition alongside operational excellence.

What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business or related field
  • 5+ years of merchandising experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional team members effectively and strive toward a unified vision
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple international time zones to support global teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates cultural awareness, adaptability, and flexibility in adjusting schedules to collaborate with colleagues and partners worldwide.
  • Ability to travel internationally

Salary or Pay Range: $115,000 - $125,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
