Fogg Filler is seeking a driven and talented Regional Sales Manager focused on gravity filling technologies in the flowable liquids and beverages sector to contribute to company success by developing leads, establishing productive customer relationships, building and maintaining sales agent relationships, and closing business to achieve targeted sales goals. While relational selling will always be relevant, Fogg Filler expects our Regional Sales Managers to be subject matter experts of our technology as well. Our sales team is designed to allow the SME to get deep in the technology and develop into an industry expert while concurrently assisting our customers to achieve their production goals. Successful candidates will demonstrate an entrepreneurial and positive attitude combined with the appropriate technical and interpersonal skills. They will be motivated self-starters, with a strong desire to achieve personal and professional growth. The sale manager will have a solution selling approach to customer projects and be comfortable working in a team selling environment in support of closing business.
Are you passionate about this work?

  • Cold calling, generating leads and qualifying new potential accounts.
  • Penetrating all functional levels within potential accounts, existing accounts and new market segments. Developing business relationships with operations, maintenance, engineering, purchasing and management personnel within those accounts.
  • Collaborating with and supporting sales agents and distributors to generate leads and sell fillers.
  • Achieving or exceeding sales forecasts for machines and parts.
  • Following and complying with all Fogg Filler and ProMach commercial processes.
  • Using our value proposition-based sales approach in everyday sales processes.
  • Supporting and cooperating with other Regional Sales Managers regarding national account plans and business development projects in their assigned technology.
  • Managing or conducting sales efforts outside of assigned technology when necessary.
  • Foster warm hand-offs to Fogg Filler Aftermarket Department for service, retrofit and re-build opportunities.
  • Attends domestic and/or international trade shows.
  • Engages in ProMach brand awareness and collaboration with key brand partners.
  • Other duties as required to meet the needs of the customer.
