Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) leads revenue growth within an assigned regional pod by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts. This role focuses on new location acquisition, territory expansion, and revenue-driving upgrades across TraXtion’s full product suite. The RSM owns regional revenue targets and works closely with the DSS and CSM to drive total pod performance.

Responsibilities and DutiesTerritory & Revenue Ownership
  • Drive new logo acquisition within assigned regional territory
  • Expand footprint into new franchise dealerships, focus on MSA locations
  • Manage a larger, consolidated regional territory
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue quotas
  • Identify and close upgrade opportunities that increase account revenue
  • Sales Execution
  • Conduct web and onsite product demonstrations
  • Prospect via outbound efforts and followup on qualified leads
  • Manage pipeline and forecast within CRM
  • Negotiate and close contracts within company guidelines
  • Attend trade shows and regional sales events as needed
  • Pod Collaboration
  • Coordinate with DSS on lead flow, demosetting, and rural/nonMSA opportunities
  • Partner with CSM on upsell opportunities and renewals
  • Participate in regional strategy meetings to evaluate growth opportunities
  • Ensure seamless transition from sale to onboarding and success
  • What You Bring

    Required:
  • Develop proven success in SaaS or technologybased sales
  • Strong closing and territory management skills
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
  • Ability to manage a large geographic region independently
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Preferred:
  • 2 to 5 years of sales territory experience with variable component
  • Automotive dealership industry experience
  • Existing relationships with dealership decisionmakers
