Summary:
Cashco is seeking a motivated and technically inclined Regional Sales Manager to support and grow our channel partner network across key industrial markets. This role requires a strong combination of relationship-building skills and technical aptitude, particularly in understanding and communicating the value of flow control solutions including valves, regulators, and related equipment. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, highly organized, and thrives at the intersection of commercial and technical support.
Responsibilities:
  • Support channel partners in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities across industries such as chemical processing, power generation, oil amp; gas, water treatment, and manufacturing.
  • Act as the primary liaison for distributors, providing support on product selection, availability, pricing, and order status inquiries.
  • Assist distributors with application-specific questions related to Cashco’s valve and regulator portfolio, leveraging internal engineering resources where appropriate.
  • Deliver product training, technical onboarding, and sales enablement tools to channel partners, enhancing their ability to represent Cashco in the field.
  • Coordinate closely with Regional Sales Managers and internal stakeholders to execute partner strategies that drive revenue and increase market penetration.
  • Monitor and report on distributor performance, pipeline health, and key activity metrics through CRM and sales dashboards.
  • Attend regional trade shows and partner-led customer visits to support brand visibility and opportunity development.
  • Stay current on Cashco’s product lines and industry developments, building a foundational understanding of flow control applications, performance characteristics, and selection criteria.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a technical field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales or distributor support; preferably in the flow control, valve, or process equipment industries.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude with mechanical or industrial equipment; experience with valve or regulator selection is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information for customers and channel partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; experience with ERP or quoting systems a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% to support channel partners and attend industry events.
