Job description

Maven Smart System Trainer

The Opportunity:

As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don't. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We're looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.

In this role, you'll support the Marine Corps by developing advanced Maven Smart System (MSS) and Palantir Foundry solutions that directly enhance Marine Corps training, operational readiness, and exercise realism. As an MSS or Palantir Foundry Developer, you'll build and maintain datadriven tools, dashboards, and workflows that integrate fires, aviation, logistics, intelligence, and C2 data to support largescale training events and Exercise Life Cycle (ELC) development.

You'll collaborate with functional SMEs and Booz Allen technical staff to design and deliver MSS capabilities that help the training audience plan, coordinate, and assess complex multifunction operations. Your work will shape the digital ecosystem that the client uses to replicate realworld mission conditions and support critical commandandcontrol training objectives.

You Have:

  • Experience developing in Maven Smart System or Palantir Foundry

  • Experience integrating or managing structured operational datasets such as C2, targeting, aviation, logistics, or intel

  • Experience developing or maintaining analytics solutions supporting missionfocused or DoD environments

  • Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional Marine Corps or DoD stakeholders

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with WDP, Advana data onboarding, or ETL development

  • Experience connecting Maven Smart System to external tools such as Target Workbench, Maverick, or CIW sources

  • Experience with Qlik or PowerBI for visualization extensions

  • Experience supporting Marine Corps exercises, Exercise Life Cycle events, or Service-level training events

  • Knowledge of Marine Corps staff processes such as fires, intel, aviation, logistics, or C2

  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
