About This Opportunity
JOB TITLE: Reliability Systems Analyst
POSITION TYPE: Full time
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt
Position Overview:
The Reliability Systems Analyst is the technical owner and day-to-day administrator of Foremost Farms' maintenance and reliability systems, including the CMMS (MVP One). This role ensures accurate data structures, strong user adoption, and effective system utilization in alignment with corporate reliability standards and strategy.
The Reliability Systems Analyst executes system-level improvements, supports frontline maintenance teams, develops system training, and delivers actionable analytics that enable data-driven decision-making across all sites.
Key Accountabilities:
CMMS System Administration & Technical Execution
  • Serve as the primary system administrator for MVP One, configuring and maintaining asset hierarchies, taxonomies, codes, and workflows according to corporate reliability standards.
  • Implement system updates, enhancements, and integrations (e.g., condition monitoring, PdM tools)
  • Monitor data accuracy, user compliance, schedule adherence, and utilization metrics; report findings and support corrective action plans.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with IT for technical resolutions.

Training & User Adoption Support
  • Develop CMMS-focused training materials (SOPs, job aids, reference guides) that reflect approved corporate processes and standards.
  • Deliver role-based training for maintenance technicians, planners, supervisors, and operations users.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to drive standard work, system competency, and consistent system usage across all facilities.
  • Support change management initiatives that reinforce reliability-centered practices

Data Quality, Compliance & Audit Support
  • Conduct routine CMMS data integrity and compliance audits using audit criteria defined by CMMS policies.
  • Verify accuracy of labor tracking, parts usage, work order documentation, and preventive maintenance execution.
  • Analyze maintenance performance data to identify improvement opportunities and escalate strategic issues as needed.

Continuous Improvement & Analytics
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support maintenance and reliability decision-making at corporate and plant levels.
  • Lead or support system-related improvement projects (mobile tools, reporting enhancements, workflow optimization).
  • Support rollout of new systems, modules, or CMMS capabilities across the network.

Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or similar; or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  2. 3+ years of hands-on experience with CMMS platforms (MVP One preferred) in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.
  3. Strong understanding of maintenance and reliability fundamentals.
  4. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI).
  5. Strong communication and training skills.
  6. Ability to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Multi-site CMMS experience.
  2. Knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies.
  3. Familiarity with regulatory standards in food manufacturing (FDA, USDA, SQF, GMP)
  4. MVP One system administrator certification or advanced training
  5. Experience developing training materials.
  6. Lean/Six Sigma or RCA background.
  7. Project management experience.

Physical Setting:
  • Frequent travel to production facilities requiring time on manufacturing floors and in maintenance areas. ~50% travel to plant sites for audits, training, PM optimization.
  • Must be able to walk, stand and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs during on-site support and training activities.
  • Exposure to industrial environments including temperature variations, noise and operational equipment.
