Reports to: Manager, Implementation and Adoption - Community

Job Purpose:
The Software Training Associate - is responsible for working closely with our clients post go-live to assist both new clients onboarding to our platform, and existing clients who need additional support, in adopting and operationalizing CINC's Community functions. Specifically, this role will assist in the training and adoption of the Community components of CINC's enterprise suite, such as WebAxis, CINC Connect, and any other board/homeowner-facing tools such as eVoting and other lifestyle/premium offerings.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients to operationalize Community processes in CINC
  • Provide in depth training to clients on product functionality and best practices
  • Proactively monitor and ensure clients are adapting to CINC best practices and workflows
  • Troubleshoot software issues for new and existing clients and provide solutions
  • Provide input on documentation to handle frequently asked questions as well as step-by-step business process instructions as needed
  • Help facilitate smooth transitions from Implementation to Client Support
  • Work collaboratively with and help other internal teams as needed
  • Work with clients to understand existing workflows, think strategically on process improvements, and communicate optimized workflow opportunities utilizing CINC solutions
  • Identify and escalate risks to client success or perception with CINC solutions and suggested recommendations
  • Maintain thoughtful and thorough use of Project Management tools (Project Management system, SharePoint folders, etc.) for time tracking, progress tracking, and data/document storage
  • Develop and maintain effective internal and external client relationships and communication, maintaining professionalism at all times

Minimum Requirements & Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Community or related field strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in external consulting role, experience in Community industry a plus
  • Expert level of understanding of Community processes and relevant business experience
  • Experience with direct client-facing engagements with proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels up to senior management, with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Professional competence in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and change priorities quickly
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
