Summary:
The Regional Product Trainer will deliver hands-on technical training to external contractors for both HVAC(Paragon) and fire systems (CORE & TANK) equipping them to perform advanced service work, preventative maintenance, and uphold CAS service standards. This role combines technical expertise, practical application, and a focus on improving industry proficiency. This role will be based out of an office in East Petersburg, PA and is not a remote role.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage large group of mechanical contractors, service managers, and field service technicians throughout training itinerary.
  • Engage in highly technical discussion involving the refrigeration cycle and its precise operation by electrical and mechanical controls along with in-depth hands on fire system training.
  • Continual development and improvement of course content and delivery.
  • Assess participant knowledge levels and alter content start points to maintain uniform class knowledge base.
  • Effective time management of course material delivery while balancing discussions and questions.
  • Gauge course effectiveness and maintain constant trainee engagement throughout duration.
  • Must become a subject matter expert of CAS equipment that uses industry-leading product developments and advancements.
  • Communicate all feedback or recommendations on course material, best practices, or industry insight to Product Training Manager for review.
  • Maintain all training equipment, ensure software is up-to-date, tools are organized, and training facility is presentable.
  • Provide remote support for all trained technicians.

Required Skills:
  • 3+ yrs experience
  • Extensive HVACR background preferred
  • Strong ability to read and navigate wiring schematics
  • Universal EPA Certification preferred
  • Willing to travel for initial training
  • Must enjoy hands on product exposure
  • MS Office skills required
  • Public speaking with strong communication skills a must

Salary:
$80K- 100k base, negotiable dependent on experience, with additional monthly bonus based on productivity and profits.
