ABOUT THE POSITION

The Business Systems Training Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering effective digital systems training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of our employees.

In this role you will:

  • Develop clear, comprehensive, and user-friendly Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including written documentation, visual guides, and video tutorials.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to support onboarding, upskilling, and performance improvement.
  • Promote digital fluency and user adoption by simplifying complex systems into practical, accessible learning experiences.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.  Preference given to having an Associates or Bachelor's degree in business, education, information systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a role involving business software usage, training development, instructional design, technical writing, or systems support(e.g. HRIS, ERP, CRM, LMS, or similar platforms)
  • Experience facilitating group or one-on-one system training (in person or virtual) and adjusting approach based on audience needs and feedback
  • Willingness to travel regionally to deliver training sessions
  • Minimum 21 years of age due to travel requirements

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong proficiency with business software platforms with ability to quickly to learn and adapt to new systems

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

This position is in an indoor office environment with a controlled climate. This position is continuously required to talk or hear; regularly required to sit, stand, walk, or climb. And will occasionally reach with hands and arms. This position requires sitting at a computer desk for long periods of time with constant use of a computer keyboard while reading the computer screen. This position will continuously use hands to type. This position occasionally will be working in operating facilities and outdoors traveling to company operational sites. The employee will encounter varying weather conditions and temperatures. Normal auto hazards will apply.
