Job description

Department: Clinic-PB Patient Fin Service
Shift: Day
Working Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Summary:
To provide training and support on Revenue Cycle processes specific to job functions. Also, to provide software and operational support on the various applications utilized by Practice Plus/Baptist Health/ Arkansas Health Group. This includes serving as a liaison between various departments including the IT Team and 3rd party companies.
Other information:
• HS Diploma and/or equivalent.
• Clear understanding of revenue cycle.
• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or similar role.
• Organizational and time management abilities
• Must be able to travel 50% of the time, may include overnight stays
• Experience in the medical field.
• Must be detail oriented and be able to troubleshoot software problems and /or questions.
• Computer Skills, i.e. Medical software and MS Office based applications.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
