We are looking for:
We are looking for a Growth Strategist to join our team. You will act as a CMO for some of our key clients. You must have a Growth Marketing background and have the right mix of analytical, creative and strategy chops in your DNA. Additionally, you must have experience with product and multiple marketing channels.
You'll do:
  • Act as an on-demand CMO for some of our key brands.
  • Own brand goals and growth metrics and report back on the client's/account business growth.
  • Lead omni-channel marketing strategies, with a heavy focus on both paid and organic performance, across a portfolio of medium to large enterprise clients spanning multiple industries
  • Proactively dig into client's data to identify opportunities for testing and optimization across acquisition and retention channels.
  • Execute project plans and deadlines to achieve all marketing objectives on time and within established budgets.
  • Manage and collaborate with internal and external team members to achieve overall client KPIs/ objectives.
  • Present strategies and performance updates directly to client stakeholders, including marketing directors, VPs, and C-suite contacts
  • Collaborate with internal content, creative, and paid media teams to ensure integrated campaign execution
  • Stay ahead of algorithm updates, AI search developments, and emerging AEO best practices, bringing new thinking proactively to clients and internal teams

Requirements
You have:
  • A growth marketing superstar with 5+ years of proven experience in digital, performance marketing & product growth (experience in D2C or B2B Saas is a major plus), specifically in the following areas:
    • Paid Search and Paid Social
    • AEO/AI Search
      • Marketing Strategy
  • 2+ years experience managing a team.
  • Have owned full acquisition, demand, or lead generation funnel and reported back on performance.
  • Have owned full upsell and renewal processes for client retention.
  • Strong experience with top-of-funnel and bottom of funnel (required to have experience in both).
  • Understanding of how LLMs surface and cite brand content, and a clear point of view on how to position clients for AI-driven search visibility
  • Experience in owning 3rd party relationships and presenting results to business partners at all levels.
  • Able to lead multi-disciplinary marketing campaigns end-to-end, own successes and learnings, and report back on strategic growth metrics.
  • Tech and data-savvy with the ability to jump into Web Analytics platforms or Data Visualization Platforms.
  • Have excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Have proven experience and a solid track record in managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads (must have managed big budgets).
  • Strong Project Management background is a major requirement.
  • Marketing automation experience with industry standard tools.
  • Curious and always learning.
  • Exceptional storyteller.
Bonus if you have:
  • Experience working with Product, Data Science, and Performance marketing teams.
  • 5+ years experience in Paid Performance Marketing
  • 2+ years experience in Sales or Business development
