Overview:
The Associate Strategist will assist and provide support for our Client Solutions team, which oversees accounts and strategy for clients utilizing two or more service lines. The role entails managing a wide range of marketing processes and projects related to the daily operations of high-profile entertainment clients.
Work Environment:
  • This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles
  • Employees are expected to work in-office two days per week, with the remaining days remote

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Account Directors and Strategists across multiple clients by coordinating projects, organizing deliverables, and helping ensure work moves efficiently across teams.
  • Support the team with campaign management tasks, including agenda planning, scheduling, recaps, and notes
  • Monitor action items and follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
  • Support the preparation of campaign performance reports and help maintain tracking documents for key KPIs.
  • Support settlement and budget management, as well as client billing
  • Tee up daily topline performance reporting, edit and proof email updates, and send client-ready items to team leads
  • Proof and format client-facing documents and reports
  • Build presentation templates, reporting frameworks, and meeting materials for review by senior team members.
  • Assist in gathering competitive, industry, and marketing insights to support client recommendations and presentations.
  • Maintain the project management system for documenting and tracking activities
  • Report regularly to supervisor on current work progress and above duties

Qualifications:
  • BS/BA degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, project coordination, marketing, agency, or client services environments.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and keeping detailed records of deadlines and deliverables.
  • Sound understanding of marketing principles
  • Effective understanding of media and the latest technologies, with the ability to apply them in marketing endeavors
  • Familiarity and experience with AI tools and platforms, with the ability to apply them in day-to-day workflows to improve efficiency and output
  • Understanding of budgeting and reconciliation
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Keynote
  • Effective project management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Details
  • The annual salary range for this full-time role is $45,000 - $55,000, commensurate with experience
  • This position will be eligible to participate in the standard benefits offered to full-time employees of Allied Global Marketing (medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability and life insurance as well as 401k and Flexible PTO). We also offer 10 company paid holidays.
