This position is full-time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is only available in NYC.
Responsibilities
  • General account support, research & brainstorming for our brand communications clients
  • Identifying influential voices (new and traditional media, earned and paid influencer), creating lists and outreach
  • Ongoing monitoring and creating coverage reports on a daily and weekly basis
  • Proactive trend spotting across platforms
  • Developing media materials (e.g. pitches, executive messaging, press releases, etc...)

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years experience in public relations or similar field (working on integrated communications/marketing programs is required)
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong and proven writing and analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of the public relations and communications industry
  • Detail oriented, proactive and solutions oriented
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
  • Relentless curiosity is a must -- we're always looking for what's new, next and never been done before and are open to experimentation and pushing the boundaries.
  • Familiarity MuckRack as well as Microsoft Office suite, Google Drive and Apps and Keynote a plus
  • Consistently informed about industry-relevant AI trends, tools, and applications, with basic proficiency in generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, MidJourney, Runway, DALL• E, or similar platforms with an understanding of how it applies to day to day work.

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $57,000 - $63,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
