  • Lead creative development from brief to final production - managing designers, external agencies, and AI platform workflows
  • Manage and develop a junior Creative Strategist, setting them up for success on evergreen content execution
  • Partner with media buyers and growth teams to inform creative testing strategy and optimize for performance
  • Serve as a cross-functional creative partner to marketing leadership - comfortable presenting strategy and results
  • Introduce processes and frameworks that improve creative efficiency, iteration speed, and output quality
  • Stay current on direct response creative trends, emerging formats, and competitive creative strategies
About You
If you're interested in shaping the future of health through high-impact performance creative, this role may be for you!
You Have
  • 6-10 years of total experience; 3-5+ years specifically in creative strategy or performance creative
  • Background as a media buyer, art director, or copywriter who transitioned into creative strategy is strongly valued
  • Proven track record developing direct response ads, UGC, and performance creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels
  • Experience managing designers and/or external creative agencies
  • Strong brief-writing skills and the ability to translate business objectives into creative direction
  • Comfortable presenting creative strategy to senior leadership
  • Background at a DTC, digital-first, or high-growth startup brand strongly preferred
  • Light management experience or strong readiness to manage for the first time
  • High tolerance for ambiguity, change, and a fast-moving creative environment
What Makes This Job Amazing
  • Step into an established performance creative function with real scope and visibility from day one
  • Take on your first management responsibility in a supportive environment - one direct report with room to grow the team
  • Work on a mission that matters - helping people build healthier habits and live longer lives
  • Direct partnership with and mentorship from a seasoned Creative Director
What You'll Earn and Enjoy
  • Pay that reflects your impact. Compensation benchmarked to the market and shaped by your impact and value.
  • Investment in your future. A 401(k) with company match to help you build long-term financial security.
  • Time to truly recharge. Paid holidays, generous time off, Summer Fridays, and a company-wide Summer Break week so the whole team can unplug together.
  • Care that covers it all. Access to top-tier medical plans for you and your family, including a premium-free plan option, alongside dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • Support for growing families. Paid parental leave to give you the time and flexibility to focus on what matters most.
  • And more to help you thrive. Stock awards, a performance-based bonus, and exclusive access to Noom's products, so you can grow with us, win with us, and enjoy what we build.

The base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $137,000. Actual compensation is determined by job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
