Baker Hughes Cordant Solutions offers a holistic suite of machine condition monitoring and protection hardware, software, and services. We have also developed a suite of solutions, "Cordant",which helps our clients with asset performance management, processoptimizationand energy management solutions.

This Cordant Enterprise Software Sales role will be accountable for strategy development, sales, and activation of mapped customer accounts to support the Cordant Solution Software solutions. This platform includes Asset Performance Management, ProcessOptimization,and Energy Management capabilities. You will engage with key leadership and site personas at a customer's enterprise organization level, explaining how Cordant Solutions' technology can support their digital transformation. This support can provide a significant ROI by increasing their reliability and yield while also reducing their emissions.

As aSenior Sales Manageryou willbe responsibleforsupportingthe Cordant Solutions growth strategy for our Cordant Software platform, covering Health, Strategy, and Defect Elimination solutions. You will be accountable for strategy development, sales, and activation of mapped customer accounts.   • Introducing technical salesrepresentativesand sales support teams for deep technical dives and understanding of the solutions.

  • Leading efforts toestablishand expand market share, own pipeline planning,creationand maintenance

  • Supporting regional software sales leader with developing and executing sales strategies relevant to the market

  • Working with leaders across the organization to develop growth strategies across product offerings with complex and enterprise customers.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Have aBSdegree orequivalentyears of experience.

  • Have more than 5 years of software sales experience and delivering business results.

  • Have experience in selling SaaS solutions.

  • Possess knowledge of the Asset Performance Management space and/or Process Optimization.

  • Possess knowledge ofthe financial, competitor, and regulatoryenvironment.

  • Have experience with long term planning of resources,technologyand account structure.

  • Have established experience in large and key Account Management.
