Pereless continues to grow! We are seeking an Inside Software Sales Representative with a drive to succeed in sales.

About Pereless: Since 2000, we have been the leading provider of web-based talent management solutions to companies both domestic and international - large and small - in all industries! As we continue our growth and expand our presence in the US and internationally, we are looking for the right individual who is willing to grow with us.

Job Overview:
The Sales Representative will focus on the domestic US market and is responsible for prospecting new clients, lead generation, coordinating sales campaigns, and providing superior client support to assigned clients. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for participating in the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing sales. We are seeking someone with a "take charge" attitude with the ability to quickly learn new technologies with little supervision.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop a pipeline of leads through online sources, customer contacts and social networks through email campaigns.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced, team environment.
  • Build and manage qualifying sales opportunities.
  • Record and maintain all sales activities in SalesForce.com.
  • Responsible for supporting clients on a daily basis.
  • Manages client requests.
  • Ensures that all client support exceeds Pereless quality and performance standards.
  • Provides timely response to product inquiries and qualifies leads.
  • As part of the sales team, assist in identifying new sales strategies and marketing approaches.

  • BS in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • 2- 3 years of sales experience with a Minimum 1 year of software sales experience, preferably with web-based applications.
  • Previous experience selling HR applications or talent management solutions is highly desirable.
  • Organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proven phone sales
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills.
  • Above average written and verbal communcation skills.
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills.

This position is located in our Red Bank, NJ corporate office and is not eligible for work sponsorship or relocation benefits.
