Role Overview

As a Sales Specialist reporting to the Group Director of Sales – Learning & Development, you will be at the forefront of shaping sales operations and driving the success of ProSight’s ERC software solutions. You will develop new client relationships, lead a proactive and intelligent approach to understanding client needs, and help organizations optimize their growth strategies.


You will identify business needs, propose appropriate ERC software solutions, and conduct product demonstrations. You may occasionally present to C-suite leaders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative, fast-paced sales environment and wants to make a strong impact in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop customers in the CRM system.
  • Demonstrate technology products and solutions via Teams and/or in person.
  • Assess client business needs and develop recommendations/proposals.
  • Work with sales teams to manage a complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycle from initial engagement to close.
  • Drive pipeline growth through outreach, networking, and strategic follow-up.
  • Build and present compelling proposals, ROI cases, and solution demos to senior decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, demonstrations, and solution design.


Required Qualifications & Must-Haves

  • Strong phone skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Sales experience or a technical sales background


Compensation

  • Base Salary: $60,500
  • On-Target Earnings (TTC): $110,000
  • Additional commissions/bonuses are included in TTC.
