Expected salary range of $104,400 to $116,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Performs and/or manages financial activities relating to planning and maintaining IT services, projects, portfolios, and processes. This role leads collaborations with Executives, Directors and associated key stakeholders to create transparency into the IT organizations portfolio financials and overall health, while planning and supporting the execution of multiple workstreams. Provides business and service analysis specifically tied to baseline and project costs to help with investment decisions based on strategic alignment of long-range plans of the business. A strong knowledge of IT processes and costs is required. Expected to work under minimal supervision.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Perform, manage, and appropriately document activities related to IT portfolios or products in support of IT strategic cost management. Provide guidance and recommendations to CIO and VPs on funding emergent needs and/or new initiatives.
  • Proactive monitoring and tracking of IT portfolio investments to maintain enterprise wide visibility in alignment with budget targets, IT cost analysis, and perform large contract allocations and determine funding methods.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with IT partners, Business Units and Finance partners.. Communicate status and performance to key stakeholders on a regular and ad-hoc basis. This includes transparency via monthly status reports, gathering and publication of monthly Performance Indicators (PI's), with supporting commentary, and maintaining a risk and opportunities list.
  • Facilitate and align IT investment planning, via monthly Project Authorization and Long Range Planning for IT Projects; work collaboratively with IT and Business Unit Teams.
  • Provide coordination, support and deliverables related to emergent initiatives and special assignments with focus on sharing of business process expertise, continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness.
  • Establish positive team environment by proactively assisting and training less experienced personnel. Provide performance and development feedback as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in related field in IT, , Computer Science or related IT discipline, Business Finance, Accounting Strategy, Investment with relevant IT related experience)) and 5 - 8 years relevant experience (IT and/or a business area working with IT forecast and budget for labor/non-labor Baseline and Project Portfolios) or 9 - 12 years of equivalent education and work experience.
  • Broad business process expertise with in-depth knowledge of IT, Finance and IT Processes
  • Demonstrated planning skills with delivery of long and short-term IT business goals and strategy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Strong judgment; excellent analytical ability and consulting skills on IT cost drivers.
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of IT and business management; proven ability to present to and communicate with Senior and Executive Leaders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's Degree in Information Technology/Investment Strategy/Finance/Accounting
  • Fundamental understanding of service level agreements and various contractual terms
