The Role
Are you a strategic, results-driven sales professional with a passion for solving complex customer challenges? We're looking for a Senior Sales Representative to lead high-impact sales initiatives, drive growth, and build lasting client relationships within the water industry.
In this role, you'll go beyond traditional sales, you'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, collaborate cross-functionally, and help shape the future of our solutions and market approach.
What You'll Do:
Drive Growth & Win New Business
  • Identify, pursue, and close high-value sales opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed targets
  • Conduct advanced, consultative sales presentations

Strengthen Client Relationships
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts

Be a Product & Industry Expert
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and innovations

Own the Details
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts

  • Support invoicing, reporting, and sales operations as needed

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of progressive sales experience, ideally in the water industry or a technical B2B environment
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
  • Strong experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

The estimated salary range for this position is $115k to $135k base plus commission. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
