Join our team at Bettendorf Community School District! We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Secretary B to provide essential administrative support. This position plays a key role in welcoming students, families, and staff while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Position: Secretary B (10-Month Position- 200 Day LOA)
Start Date: August 2026
Rate of Pay: $19.43/hour
Hours: 5.75 hours/day
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Previous experience providing secretarial support in an educational setting
  • Ability to greet and interact with staff, students, and the public courteously in person and by phone
  • Ability to work well under pressure, set priorities, and handle confidential matters with professionalism
  • Proficiency in typing, word processing, and operating office equipment
  • Ability to work independently in the absence of direct supervision
