Aventura Nursery & Landscape Inc. is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Office Secretary to be the first point of contact for our customers. This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. Experience with plants and landscaping is highly preferred, along with familiarity with QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Assist customers with plant, tree, and landscaping inquiries.
  • Process sales transactions and prepare invoices.
