Front Office Administrative Assistant (Temporary)
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Assignment Duration: Immediate start through August 21, 2026
Are you friendly, organized, and enjoy helping people? We're seeking a Front Office Administrative Assistant to support a busy automotive collision repair facility in Columbus, Ohio. This short-term opportunity is perfect for someone with excellent customer service skills, strong phone etiquette, and solid computer knowledge who can keep the front office running smoothly.
What You'll Do
  • Greet customers and visitors with a professional, welcoming attitude.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.
  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Enter and update information accurately using computer systems.
  • Support the shop team with daily front office operations.
  • Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
