As a Front Office Administrative Assistant, hereโ€™s a big-picture view of what youโ€™ll do:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, applicants, and employees
  • Point person to answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Maintain a professional and organized reception area
  • Assist with employee onboarding and hiring paperwork
  • Support payroll processing and employee timekeeping
  • Maintain confidential employee records and files
  • Assist with recruiting activities and scheduling interviews
  • Order office supplies and assist with office organization
  • Support leadership with administrative projects
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

A few must-haves for our Front Office Administrative Assistant:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in reception, customer service, or office administration (healthcare or hospice experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Valid Kansas driverโ€™s license or Kansas State ID, auto insurance and transportation
