Front Office Administrative Assistant:  Position, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.

Answer the telephone as instructed, schedule appointments on Google Calendar, greet clients when they come to the office, scan documents, email clients, print postage online and mail documents, collect payment for services, print Income Tax Returns, update excel checklists, file documents, assist clients with secure portal access, and other administrative tasks as needed.
