Local Auto Body Shop looking for and Administrative Assistant / Secretary. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Microsoft software experience, answer phones, welcome customers and explain the repair process to them as well as provide them with estimates & invoices, update customers on process status, send payment reminders, update work schedule, record payment receipts, make weekly bank deposits, match-up vendor statements, etc.
