Job Summary

HireFrontier is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Secretary to support daily office operations. The Administrative Secretary will manage correspondence, maintain filing systems, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized professional with strong administrative, clerical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems

  • Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
