Mason City
Job Description:
Seeking a motivated, team player to join our Mason City Clinic.
Full Time Medical Secretary
Monday-Friday (5-day work week).
Primary hours are Monday- Friday 8:00am - 4:45pm.
No holidays.
May float to other ISH clinic locations as needed.
This position will require knowledge of family practice care from newborn to geriatrics, as well as occupational medicine, and specialty practices.
Duties include: Basic computer and office skills, answering phones, scheduling patients, scanning and faxing documents, assisting with referrals and consults, coordinating with specialty teams, managing provider templates, other duties as assigned, may float to other ISH clinic locations.
Requirements:
2 years of Clinic Experience Preferred
Epic experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
