Direct Hire - Onsite, TX
This role requires candidates who are currently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and C2C arrangements are not accepted.
 
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deliver scalable solutions across Sales, Service, and Field Service platforms. This role requires strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, integrations, and modern Salesforce development practices.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using LWC, Aura, and Apex
  • Configure and extend Service Cloud and Field Service functionality
  • Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Ensure code quality, security, and performance best practices
  • Support CI/CD processes and ongoing platform enhancements
 
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong skills in LWC, Apex, SOQL, and data modeling
  • Experience with Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning
  • Knowledge of integrations and DevOps tools (SFDX, Git, CI/CD)
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security and governance
 
Preferred
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Service Cloud, etc.)
  • Experience with AI/automation tools within Salesforce
