Position Summary: Oak Street Health MSO, LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Chicago, IL: Sr. Software Development Engineer to be responsible for designing and building software solutions that optimize the sales and service team's workflows and help drive efficiency. duties include: provide technical support Salesforce development team members at all levels and serve as a go-to resource for all Salesforce data management best practice; support the Salesforce implementation in designing and developing Salesforce solutions, including creating (design, document, build) and managing (test, deploy) changes to Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Apex Classes, Apex Controllers, and Apex Triggers; maintaining all third-party integrations related to Salesforce (i.e. CTl, website, marketing automation tool); coordinating and executing release/deployment processes; collaborating with technical teams (i.e. IT, BI) to align on objectives and strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement.; participate in design and code reviews to ensure development quality; provide strong working knowledge in DevOps process; maintain strong working experience in various integration patterns; support day-to-day operations, including primary support for detection and correction of bugs or other technical issues. Telecommuting available. Multiple positions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and five (5) years of in the job offered or related software development engineer role. Additionally, the applicant must have experience in the following: Salesforce Platform Development (APEX,FLOWS, LIGHTNING);Salesforce Unlocked/Managed Packages (SFDX);Salesforce Integration & API Development;Salesforce DevOps & Deployment;Salesforce Security & Sharing;Salesforce Communities / Experience Cloud;Technical Design and Documentation;Salesforce Shield Encryption; andSalesforce Team Lead Role. Pay Range: $153317.00/year to $203900.00/year.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
