Job description

Senior Salesforce Developer Enterprise Platforms

Location: Open to Remote

Duration: Long term

Position Summary

The Senior Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, including Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Insurance Cloud, and Data Cloud.

This role collaborates with architects, product teams, and integration specialists to deliver secure, high-performance, enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Insurance Cloud, and Data Cloud
  • Develop applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura
  • Build integrations using MuleSoft and APIs
  • Implement OmniStudio components such as OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedure, Decision Metrix, Calculation Procedure and Business Rule Engine.
  • Develop Agentforce capabilities for intelligent automation
  • Integrate CI/CD pipelines and participate in code reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce platform architecture
  • Experience with Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Insurance Cloud, and Data Cloud
  • Apex, LWC, and Salesforce platform architecture
  • Multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
  • Proven experience designing:
    • Enterprise-scale distributed systems
    • Integration architectures with MuleSoft or equivalent
    • Data modeling and governance
  • Security and compliance frameworks
  • Performance and scalability considerations
  • Hands-on experience with MuleSoft and integrations
  • Experience with OmniStudio and Agentforce
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and version control

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer, Integration Architect)
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
