As a consultant within the DE team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-onLead Full Stack Developerto drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications aligned to the Golden Path engineering stack. This role requires strong technical depth across modern frontend engineering, backend services, distributed systems, AWS/GCP cloud platforms, DevOps, observability, automated testing, and AI-assisted engineering practices.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, mentor engineers, influence architecture decisions, and own end-to-end delivery of business-critical solutions while ensuring high standards for scalability, reliability, security, performance, maintainability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and deliveryof enterprise-grade full-stack applications across frontend, backend, cloud, and data layers.
  • Architect cloud-native solutionsonAWSwith containerized platforms, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring.
  • Own features end to end— from design through deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews; drive engineering excellence in testing, security, observability, and performance.
  • Implement comprehensivetesting strategies(unit, integration, API,Cypress-based UI regression) and troubleshoot complexproduction issues.
  • Mentorjunior and mid-level engineers, and collaborate closely with product managers, architects, designers, and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate technical decisions, risks, and trade-offs clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Experience

  • Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent, with8+ yearsof full-stack software engineering experience.
  • Strongbackenddevelopment inGo, Java, Python, or Node.js— APIs, microservices, and distributed systems (REST, gRPC, Thrift; Koa).
  • Solid grounding insystem design, distributed systems,scalability, resiliency, and performance optimization.
  • Experience withrelational and NoSQL databases(PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora, RDS, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis).
  • StrongAWSexperience (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, and similar), plusDocker, Kubernetes, Terraform,and CI/CD (CircleCI).
  • Experience with comprehensivetesting(unit, integration, API, UI — Jest/Cypress) andobservability/monitoring(Datadog, CloudWatch).
  • Strong understanding ofnetworking and security fundamentals(DNS, authentication, encryption, secure API design).
  • Familiarity withAI-assisted engineering tools(Gemini, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) andAgile/Scrumdelivery.

Leadership & Communication

  • Lead technical initiatives by influencing architecture decisions, defining implementation approaches, and guiding teams through delivery execution.
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, communicate risks, and align delivery with business outcomes.
  • Provide technical mentorship, design guidance, and constructive code review feedback to strengthen team capability and engineering quality.
  • Operate effectively in distributed Agile teams with strong ownership of sprint commitments, release quality, and production readiness.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms such as Kafka, AWS EventBridge, SQS, or similar technologies.
  • Hands-on exposure to workflow orchestration and data processing platforms such as Databricks, Airflow, Temporal, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience with Elasticsearch or other high-scale search, analytics, indexing, and data retrieval platforms.
  • Experience contributing to enterprise design systems, shared UI component libraries, or large-scale frontend codebases.
  • Familiarity with monorepo development environments and build systems such as Bazel.
  • Infrastructure-as-Code experience using Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or similar automation tools.
  • Exposure to high-scale SaaS, marketplace, PropTech, real estate technology, or customer-facing digital product platforms.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
