Job description

Junior Salesforce Developer

Strongbridge has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Salesforce Developer to contribute to the development and configuration of Salesforce functionality. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Salesforce and a passion for building scalable, maintainable solutions that support complex business workflows. Candidates must be clearable for a public trust and be a US Citizen or Green Card holder and have lived in the US for the past 3 years consecutively.

Assist in the development and configuration of Salesforce features, including: Automation (Flows, Process Builder), Page layouts and UI customization, Data flows and integrations.

Collaborate with business analysts and QA testers to deliver high-quality, maintainable application components.

Support grants lifecycle workflows and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of Salesforce applications.

Required Skills
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working with Salesforce development and configuration.
  • Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and data management principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Desired Skills
  • Experience with grants management or similar workflow-based applications.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator or Platform Developer I) are a plus.

Pay Range: $80k - $90k

The posted pay range reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
