Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Developer (Contract) based in Netherlands.

Join a dynamic technology environment where you will play a key role in enhancing CRM capabilities and supporting business growth through scalable Salesforce solutions. In this contract position, you will collaborate with revenue operations, CRM teams, and business stakeholders to transform requirements into efficient technical implementations. You will work across Salesforce development, integrations, customization, and platform optimization while helping improve processes and user experiences. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects, solve complex technical challenges, and work with modern CRM technologies in a collaborative international setting.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Screen Flows.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, record types, and other platform features to meet business needs.
  • Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external business systems using iPaaS tools such as Celigo or native Salesforce capabilities.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Revenue Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Lead solution testing activities, support user acceptance testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable platform performance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and development standards to support long-term scalability.
  • Provide guidance, training materials, and knowledge sharing for administrators and end users to improve platform adoption.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a track record of delivering and maintaining complex CRM solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, integrations, and CRM platform architecture.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Python, Node.js, or advanced JavaScript development is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges effectively.
