Job description
  • Salesforce Instance administration and building of automation
  • Data management and application integration in Salesforce
  • Configuration of standard and custom Salesforce solutions using Salesforce platform tools.
  • Document business requirements, provide solution design, create Roadmaps, and develop an in-depth understanding of the current and future processes needs
  • Collaborate with internal team members and other stakeholders in the evaluation, selection, and deployment of software applications
  • Contributes to cross-functional projects that involve integration between Salesforce and other applications.
  • Anticipate, procure, influence, coordinate, and manage all resources necessary to ensure that assigned projects are successfully implemented as per the plan and on schedule, meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Conduct training for new systems and features as they are launched.
  • Maintain compliance with corporate Access Control, Change Management, and SDLC policies.
  • Work with business stakeholders and project teams to identify root causes of production issues and propose/configure solutions.
