About the Role

This position requires broad expertise of Salesforce.com with strong business analysis skills and project leadership experience. The Lead Salesforce Administrator works closely with Revenue and Services leadership to define the system roadmap and implement solutions supporting business objectives and scalability across a multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem.

The Lead Salesforce Administrator works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires evaluating intangibles. This role exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. The Lead Salesforce Administrator is responsible for owning and delivering cloud-based solutions using Salesforce.com and must demonstrate progressive leadership in the software development environment's full life cycle. Growth in the role will require the Lead Salesforce Administrator to assess TriNet's evolving needs, enhance internal and external user experience, and apply skills and insight to propose high-value changes to the processes, policies, and systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop custom applications using Salesforce.com and integrating Salesforce.com with other systems
  • Build, configure, and implement Agentforce solutions using prompt templates and platform actions.
  • Lead the Salesforce data hygiene strategy by establishing automated deduplication rules, data retention policies, and validation standards to ensure data integrity.
  • Define, track and present core platform metrics and KPIs to executive leadership to drive continuous business process optimization.
  • Lead the planning of application changes, development, and installation of upgrades and new releases. Develop, document, and enforce application standards and procedures.
  • Guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternatives and on the implications of new or revised processing analysis.
  • Translate business needs into effective tools within Salesforce.
  • Identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches.
  • Lead multiple technical projects at one time and deliver solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable on the platform.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify business processes and increase effectiveness
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - required
Experience:
  • Six (6) to Eight (8) years of development and administration experience with Salesforce.com
  • End to end implementation experience with the Salesforce platform
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing Tableau and advanced data modeling software.
  • Proven expertise in building and deploying Agentforce agents and maximizing Salesforce AI capabilities
  • Knowledge of options and how to handle security requirements
  • Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a solution
  • Experience with Release Management and Deployment concepts and technologies
  • Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
  • Experience managing a project or serving as a project team lead on the implementation of an enterprise system
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, provide documentation, guidance, and instruction to users at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy must be exceptional, with a constant drive to provide more efficiency for the organization
  • Exceptional executive communications skills
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Proficiency
  • Advanced understanding of AI architecture, machine learning algorithms, and natural language processing (NLP) models to drive intelligent, autonomous automation.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce-native and third-party deduplication tools to construct automated matching rules, execute bulk cleansing routines, and maintain database integrity.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing Tableau and advanced data modeling software.
  • Advanced level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, data modeling, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing support and maintenance for existing systems and applications.
  • Maintain a high standard of documentation, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team support.
  • Experience working with Agile methodology
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certifications required.
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools ( Copado).
  • Proficient with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.

The salary range for this role is $89,600.00 to $201,625.00. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
