Job Description:
Position Overview: As a Salesforce Administrator , you will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and efficient operation of our Salesforce platform. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining robust lead generation processes, pre-sales workflows, and collaborating with various departments to ensure Salesforce aligns with business objectives. Additionally, you will leverage your business analysis skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Salesforce Administration:
    • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements.
    • Manage user profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings.
    • Implement and maintain automation processes, workflows, and validation rules.
    • Create and optimize reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
    • Ensure data integrity and perform regular data maintenance tasks.
  1. Lead Generation and Pre-Sales:
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and implement lead generation strategies.
    • Utilize Salesforce tools to track and analyze lead conversion metrics.
    • Optimize lead qualification processes and workflows to enhance pre-sales activities.
    • Work closely with sales teams to understand their needs and streamline the sales process.
