Responsibilities- Assist in day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform.
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
- Help create and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and validation rules.
- Provide first-level support to Salesforce users, addressing data issues and access requests.
- Support data import/export tasks using tools such as Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.
- Assist with testing and deploying new features, enhancements, and third-party integrations.
- Document system processes, configurations, and user guides.
- Collaborate with teams across departments to gather requirements and support business needs.
- Stay updated with Salesforce best practices and upcoming releases.
- Provide training and assistance to the team as necessary
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ year of experience working with Salesforce in an administrative or support role.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce architecture, standard objects, and data management principles.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
