Job Overview:

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support our DSD business. This role is both technical and collaborative, bridging the gap between technical system capabilities and business needs. The Salesforce Administrator tailors the CRM system (Salesforce) to meet the organization’s requirements, manages user access and data integrity, and integrates Salesforce with other enterprise systems to align with KDP’s overall technology and business goals


As a Developer, you will…

  • Implement solutions across Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Mobile/Field applications, as applicable
  • Configure & Customize Salesforce: Research, design, develop, test, implement, and manage product solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Business partners to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms (e.g., Mulesoft)
  • Support production systems, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage technical debt
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to platform standards, reusable components, and best practices
  • Provide technical guidance and informal leadership to other engineers on the team
  • User support & timely Issue resolution
  • Support data management & integrity
  • Responsible for upgrade-planning and execution.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Experience working in DevOps-enabled environments (CI/CD, version control, automated testing)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersLiaise with vendors to assist in the resolution of any issues in functionality or interoperability of new applications.

Total Rewards:
  • Salary Range: $97,000 - $165,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience as a software developer with 5+ years of experience in Consumer Goods Cloud & Retail Execution app .
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification
  • Experience with Consumer Goods Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Mobile Retail Execution App
  • Enterprise integration experience (Mulesoft preferred)
  • Exposure to large-scale user bases and mission-critical platforms
  • Experience supporting field sales, merchandising, or DSD-related solutions
  • Experience in DevOps and Agile technology environments. (preferred)
