About JerseySTEM
All JerseySTEM roles are pro-bono (unpaid) positions.
JerseySTEM is a mission-driven professional network of pro-bono contributors dedicated to improving access to STEM education and career pathways for underserved middle school girls in New Jersey.
Members contribute their professional skills and leverage their networks in service of the organization's gender-equity agenda.
Membership is a minimum six-month commitment of approximately six flexible hours per week and includes a $100 refundable deposit, returned after six months of active membership. K-12 educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and students are exempt from the deposit.
Overview
This is a pro-bono volunteer position.
JerseySTEM is looking for talented professionals across our departments to commit time and energy as long-term engagement for our mission to provide STEM education to underrepresented middle school girls.
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce NPSP Administrator to help us with ongoing configuration of Salesforce NPSP, and data management for our rapidly growing nonprofit.
Responsibilities
  • Configure system Build reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Implement integrations Serve as admin for Salesforce, managing users, data and security.
  • Diagnose and solve technical and data quality issues involving software applications and interface.
  • Attend virtual team meetings Fridays 6:00pm EST

Qualifications
  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science would be advantageous.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment. Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access. Knowledge of importing data and generating Salesforce reports.
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
