Compensation: $30-33 per hour depending on experience

 

Required Technical Skills:

1) Salesforce (Primary Focus):

•   Minimum 2 years of Salesforce Admin experience (junior admin preferred / entry-level is okay)

•   Must have hands-on backend experience, including:

o User setup & administration

o Permission sets & profiles

o Data loads & data augmentation

o Familiarity with Error Messaging in Salesforce

2) Excel (Intermediate Level Required):

•   Use of formulas (e.g., vLookups, XLOOKUP preferred)

•   Creating and using pivot tables

•   Proper filtering & sorting techniques

•   Must understand Excel mechanics (e.g., ensuring new columns are properly filtered to avoid data misalignment)

Nice to Have Skills:

Service Now Ticketing System experience
