Short Job Description

The Arizona Department of Economic Security (AZDES) is seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud to lead architecture, development, integrations, and modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Salesforce development experience5+ years in a lead role, and strong hands-on expertise with LWC, LWR, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Apex, REST/SOAP integrations, CI/CD, SFDX, and Salesforce security frameworks. This role requires technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, code review oversight, and the ability to design scalable, high-performance customer-facing Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills
  • 10+ years of Salesforce Development experience
  • 5+ years of Lead Salesforce Developer experience
  • Experience designing and developing enterprise Salesforce solutions
  • Strong Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Experience Cloud expertise
  • Experience with Salesforce security models, SSO, and External Identity
  • API integration experience using REST/SOAP and Named Credentials
  • CI/CD, Salesforce CLI, and SFDX experience
